Behind on Blogging

I have to apologize....I am SO behind on blogging! I still have to post our pictures from our week at Mike's Uncle's cabin back in July!

We just got home from Kalahrai Resort in WI Dells and I have to play Sand VB tonight so I don't have time right now. Although I do have time to write about this past weekend. We did have a good time at Kalahari although I wish Jon would have listened better and Marisa was in a better mood. Nicholas was actually the best behaved until the ride home. He was so tired from the weekend he tried to take a nap in the truck on the way home and just didn't get to nap long. It was Me and the kids that went along with Lolo and Lola, the Ramos family and the Cardenas family. Mike stayed home by himself! I wasn't able to get any pictures of the kids, but hopefully Paul, with their new camera, got some of the kids.

Highlights of the weekend was the Ropes Course at the Kalahri Theme Park. We had gone with Mike's parents when the two boys were little and it has gotten much bigger! They didn't even have the Theme Park. But on the Ropes Course Jon was able to make it through the whole first level! That is pretty good for him! Maria finished the whole thing! I went with her and I was even asking myself what I got myself into! I think Paul got video of her so hopefully they will post it!

A Visit From Angie and Lake

In July, Mike's cousin Angie and her daughter, Lake, came back to Minnesota for a visit. She and her husband Jeremy, along with Lake currently live in Salem, Oregon. I believe Lake is now 6 months old and I think she looks just like her daddy! Any way her brother Chris and sister-in-law Kellie live in Woodbury not too far from us and they invited us over for a BBQ. Me and the kids went there a little early so the cousins could play for a little bit and than Chris and Mike arrived after work. It was great to see Angie and Lake! Chris and Kellie also have a little girl named Andie and I think she is almost two...Sorry I forgot. Any way we had a great time chatting and the kids loved playing with each other. The boys loved riding on their little roller coaster that they had on the hill.
